Delivery charges

UNITED KINGDOM

First Class Recorded signed for - £5

4LoveAndMoney offer a UK NEXT DAY delivery service if ordered BEFORE midday Monday -Thursday only. If ordered AFTER midday Thursday 4LoveAndMoney cannot offer next day delivery as this falls onto the weekend.

UK NEXT DAY (ordered by 12pm MON-THURSDAY ONLY) - £7

If you choose First class, you should receive your package within 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during busy periods deliveries may take longer. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact [email protected] and we will respond as promptly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL

INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR within the EU: £10 (3-5 working days)

INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR for Rest of world: £12 (5-7 working days)

If you are having your order shipped to your place of work, remember to include the company name in the Street Address field and provide a unit number if applicable. Incorrectly addressed shipments are subject to delay.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item provided that the item(s) are in their original condition. They must be in their original packaging and have all original tags in place which must not have been removed. YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR AN AUTHORISATION CODE BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.

To receive a Return Authorisation code and the address where items are to be sent, email [email protected] and provide your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for the return. Merchandise in undamaged condition with all original tags attached may be returned and received by 4LoveAndMoney within 14 days of delivery. After 10 days, the returns policy does not apply.

Please make sure if returning items, that they are adequately and well protected during transit as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. Please note that all return shipping and packaging costs (including tracking & insurance) incurred are payable by you.

Returns are to be sent with the Return Authorisation code via insured traceable mail or courier and in the original packaging with all original tags, which must not have been removed.

Once we receive, process and approve your return you will receive an email confirming your refund. After the email confirmation the refund will be made to the original credit/debit card/ PayPal account only.

Refunds will only be made if our return policy has been complied with.

These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from 4LoveAndMoney. By using any pages of this site you are deemed to have understood, agreed and expressly accepted these Terms. Do not use any pages of this site if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions.

Links to other sites and/or blogs are provided to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any link does not imply any endorsement by or responsibility of 4LoveAndMoney. Any information or communication you transmit to the blog on the 4LoveAndMoney website including any comments or suggestions is non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you post on the website may be used by 4LoveAndMoney for any purpose whatsoever including developing and marketing products using such information by posting any communication or information on the site you agree to allow 4LoveAndMoney the royalty free right to use, adapt, publish and display such information and any name used in connection with it when posted, in an unlimited way.

Product availability

All orders of items are subject to availability and availability of featured items cannot be guaranteed.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours that appear on the Site. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display any colour accurately.

Orders

A contract is formed between 4LoveAndMoney and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered. Until the goods are dispatched the order may be cancelled.

Making a Purchase

Prices quoted are exclusive of postage and packaging, which will be added at the rate specified in the delivery section, once you proceed to check out. Confirmation of your order will be sent by email. The prices shown include VAT where applicable. For EU countries VAT is charged at the rate of 20%. All orders will be charged in UK Sterling.

4LoveAndMoney accepts Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. In addition we also accept payment via PayPal. Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.
Acknowledgement and receipt of your order does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
If necessary we may require additional information to process your order, if this is the case you will be contacted. We are required to do so if your bank has not been able to confirm the payment. Once the payment has been authorised goods can only be delivered to the billing address provided.
4LoveAndMoney reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices including delivery may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or currency exchange rates. The correct price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in UK sterling.
Tracking your Order

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have dispatched your order. On this confirmation, we will include a tracking code, which you can use to monitor its delivery progress. If for some reason your dispatch confirmation does not include a tracking code please email: [email protected]

Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the law applicable to this agreement is the law of England and Wales and our agreement is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
